Ambassadeur

This private cuvée is crafted for wine enthusiasts who wish to become part of the Domaine du Tau story. Limited to 100 allocation holders, it is reserved for the estate’s ambassadors, who help raise its profile and share its story.

Made from a selection of the estate’s finest vineyard plots, it comes from vines around 50 years old. Their very low yields contribute to remarkable aromatic concentration. Thirty per cent of the cuvée is aged in oak barrels.

The estate’s finest Grenache and Syrah grapes, grown on limestone, sand and marl soils, produce a generous, concentrated wine with aromas of blackberry, liquorice and thyme
